How wedding flower pricing works in Toronto
Every wedding is priced item by item, so there is no package to fit yourself into and no category you have to buy. Tell us what you want and the quote is exactly that list, which is also why a small order stays a small number.
Six things move the total, roughly in order of impact: how many stems are in each piece, whether those flowers are in season, how many of each piece you need, whether anything has to be built on site rather than handed over, how far the delivery is, and the vessels you keep. Table count is almost always the largest of the six.
Every figure on this page is our own published price, straight from the collection below, so adding up your list is simple arithmetic rather than a mystery. The quote turns that list into a commitment: written, line by line, back within one business day, with no consultation fee, and if a minimum applies we say so in our first reply.
Start with the checklist
Six groups, in the order most couples work through them. Skip any that do not apply: most weddings use three to five.
A bridal bouquet, and a boutonniere for whoever is not carrying one. For many weddings this is the entire order, and that is a normal thing to book.
One bouquet per bridesmaid, one boutonniere per groomsman, plus flower crowns or a toss bouquet if you want them. Count the people, not the roles.
Corsages for mothers and grandmothers, boutonnieres for fathers and grandfathers, and small pieces for readers, ushers and the officiant if you are including them.
Arch or backdrop flowers, altar arrangements, aisle pieces, petals. Anything built on site moves the order onto the full-service tier.
One centrepiece per guest table, something for the head table, and any side tables you want dressed: gift, escort card, bar and cake tables are the usual four.
Cake flowers, a second delivery stop, on-site setup. Each is a separate opt-in line rather than something bundled into the base price.

What drives the number
The six factors above, in full. If you want to change your total, these are the levers, in this order.
A bouquet costs what its flowers cost. Width mostly comes down to how many stems are in your hand, which is why a bouquet that looks twice as big is not a small upgrade.
The same design swings in price depending on whether its flowers are in season locally, imported, or in peak demand worldwide. Choosing by season rather than by name is the largest single saving available to anyone.
Ten centrepieces cost roughly ten times one, which is why table count is the biggest line in most reception quotes.
Anything assembled at the venue takes people, time and a vehicle on the day. This is the delivery-only versus full-service boundary, and it is the choice with the clearest effect on the total.
Delivery is charged flat by zone, so a Toronto venue and a venue at the far edge of the GTA are not the same trip. Extra stops, like a getting-ready suite before the venue, are counted separately because they are separate trips.
Vases and vessels are sold with the order rather than lent, so they appear as their own line. Nothing has to come back to us, and nothing is held as a deposit.
What each tier includes
Delivery-only is the baseline and costs the least. Setup and installation is what moves the order to full service, and you can apply it to the whole order or only to the pieces that must be built on site.

We design everything, deliver it to your venue or getting-ready address at an agreed time, and hand it over ready to go. You or your venue team place the pieces. This is the straightforward, à-la-carte option: pick the items you need, nothing more.

Full service: design & install
The upgrade
Everything in the delivery-only tier, plus we arrive and put it in place: pinning boutonnieres, dressing the arch, setting each table, and stepping back only when the room looks the way it did in the plan. This is the tier for ceremony installations and anything that has to be built on site.

Optional extras
Each of these is opt-in and quoted as its own line, so the estimate you start from stays the estimate you can book.
- Setup & installationThe florist arrives, places every piece and styles the room. The range depends on the venue, any pieces built on site, and special requests.
- Ceremony → reception flipThe florist comes back during cocktail hour and moves the ceremony flowers into the reception, so one set of arrangements does two jobs.
- Additional delivery stopA second address on the day, usually the getting-ready hotel as well as the venue.
Six ways to keep the number down
None of these involve buying less. They are about spending where it shows.
Asking for a flower that is out of season means importing it at its worst price and often its worst quality. Tell us the look you want and let us pick what is best that week. This is the single biggest lever there is.
One generous head table or one strong ceremony piece photographs better than the same money thinned across every table. Guests notice the feature, not the average.
Clusters of small vases give a table presence with a fraction of the stem count, and they are easy to place yourself on a delivery-only order.
Foliage fills space for far less than blooms do. A greenery-led table with a few focal flowers looks abundant with far fewer stems than you would guess.
Personal flowers and simple centrepieces do not need us on site. Reserve the setup upgrade for the pieces that must be built in place.
Altar and aisle arrangements often work again as head-table or bar flowers. It needs someone on site between the two, so mention it while we are quoting, not on the day.
How we quote
Four commitments that apply to every wedding quote we send, regardless of size.
A written, line-by-line breakdown; the design intent for each piece; your delivery window; and what happens if a flower we planned on is not good that week.
Quoting costs you nothing, there is no charge for a planning conversation, and there is no obligation attached to asking.
Optional extras are opt-in and shown separately, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you can book. Percentage extras are charged on the flowers only, never on delivery or vessels.
The person who quotes your wedding is the person who answers when you email in month six with a changed guest count.
