For same-day delivery, order before 3 PM Monday to Saturday. For the best stem selection, order a day ahead — and around peak dates like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, a few days early is smart. You can also schedule a future delivery date when you order.

Contact Cindy's Flowers as early as you can at (437) 747-6553 and we'll do our best. Once a bouquet has been arranged or is out for delivery, changes usually aren't possible — before that, we can almost always adjust the card message, address, or delivery date.

No — Cindy's Flowers delivers Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday are delivered on Monday, and you can always schedule the exact delivery date you want when ordering.

Yes. When you order, tell us the date you want — birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals are all easier when the flowers are booked ahead. Same-day is available Monday to Saturday for orders before 3 PM.

Usually not — most ICUs and some oncology wards don't allow fresh flowers for infection-control reasons. Good alternatives: send the bouquet to the family home, or time the delivery for when the patient moves to a general ward or is discharged. Call us at (437) 747-6553 and we'll help you plan it.

Yes — we deliver sympathy and funeral flowers to funeral homes across Toronto and the GTA. Give us the funeral home's name and the service date and time, and we'll coordinate the arrangement to arrive before the visitation begins.

Before the visitation or service starts — ideally ordered at least a day ahead so the arrangement is ready in time. Same-day is possible for orders before 3 PM Monday to Saturday. If plans change, call us and we'll adjust with the funeral home directly.

Yes — office deliveries run Monday to Saturday during business hours. Include the recipient's full name, company, and floor or suite number so reception can route the flowers quickly.

Flowers are seasonal, so when a specific stem isn't available we substitute flowers of equal or greater value in a similar style and colour, designed to suit the occasion. The bouquet you send will always match the look and fullness you chose.

Yes — true lilies are seriously dangerous to cats. Every part of the plant, including pollen and even vase water, can cause kidney failure, and a cat that contacts lilies needs a vet immediately. Sending flowers to a cat household? Tell us and we'll design a lily-free arrangement.

Roses, sunflowers, orchids, and snapdragons are generally considered pet-safer choices, while lilies (cats) and bulb flowers like tulips (dogs) are the ones to avoid. Mention pets when you order and Cindy's Flowers will build the bouquet around safer stems.
